By filling out this registration form you are committing to a registration for this event in October of 2024. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund. If this event gets cancelled for any reason, your registration will be deferred to either the 2025 event or a 2024 virtual event. If the event takes place and a team member who registers cannot participate, you may not give or sell their number to anyone else and entry fees will not be transferred from year to year. Your registration details are subject to change in accordance with any public safety measures which may be implemented.
In order to be eligible for awards, all runners must be 18 or over and must be employed full-time, part-time or contracted by the company to qualify. If, upon verification, the Race Directors find discrepancies, the team/individual will not be eligible for an award.
Furthermore, I understand and acknowledge that employees of my company may have personal contact with other participants or non-participants during the event and may come in contact with disease causing organisms, such as COVID-19, and this event involves a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, permanent disability or death. The undersigned acknowledges that Run 365 LLC has not screened or tested any of the aforementioned individuals for such diseases. After fully and carefully considering all the potential risks involved, I hereby assume the same and agree to release and hold-harmless Run 365 LLC and its employees, officers, agents, volunteers, vendors and contractors from and against all claims and liability resulting from exposure to disease causing organisms such as COVID-19.
