HOW TO POST YOUR RESULTS AND BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS! Please follow the steps below to complete your virtual run/walk:
Step 1 – Pick a day from Oct 16-23 to complete your run/walk which you can complete anywhere. This can mean in your neighborhood, a treadmill, favorite trail or even Memorial Park where the event is normally held. Feel free to split up your event over one day or multiple to complete your respective distance (splits are not eligible for timed awards). NOTE: If you do choose to do the event at Memorial Park, please respect their social distancing rules including no gatherings over ten people, PPE, etc.
Step 2 – Track your run with any device (smartphone, Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin etc.) and be sure to snap a screen shot to be eligible for any timed awards.
Step 3 – Upon completion, post your results on our RunSignUp page by clicking 'Post My Virtual Results!' at the top of the page via the link below. This is REQUIRED in order to be eligible for awards. https://runsignup.com/hesscorporate5k
