Post Run Festivities

No matter which of the three event days you choose to sign up, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments afterwards in our hospitality tent along with the chance to interact with the rest of the Houston corporate community. For those participants 21+, refreshments include a complimentary beer courtesy of Saint Arnold's. The post run hospitality village will remain open until approximately 7:30pm each event day. Raffle prize drawings twice per day from the Main Stage. No pets allowed into the post-race tent.

Hospitality Village Rules

Personal tents, tables and chairs are not allowed.
Teams must rent a tent in order to pre-purchase catering. No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the Hospitality Village.
Teams are encouraged to decorate their tents to enhance their space. Generators will not be allowed at tents so we recommend battery-powered items.
There will be NO: vehicles allowed in the tent area, open flames, barbecue/grilling, live or amplified entertainment at your tent.
There will be NO promotions, giveaways or sampling of food or beverages of any kind, unless otherwise given written permission by the event management.
These rules will be enforced by event staff throughout the pre-race and post-race festivities.

Reminder, if you’d like private catering for your company tent, please order no later than two weeks prior to the event

‍We do not allow ANY food or drinks to be ordered from another caterer and we do not allow any food or drinks (including water) to be brought into the village by you or anyone else entering the post-race village.
