Corporate company teams can consist of employees (full-time/part-time/contracted), vendors, family members and friends. Each company must have a minimum of four (4) participants by registration close on the day of the event you choose to participate.
How Do I Register?
Corporate Team Registration: Search to see if your company has been registered by clicking the Register Now button here or at the top of the homepage. You will be connected to our RunSignUp platform and will click the 'Sign Up' button which will list all companies currently registered.
If your company is listed, click on it and follow the prompts to complete your registration

What do I receive if I register?

All Bibs have an RFID tag located on the back of the bib for tracking on the course. Please leave this tracking in place centered on the front of your shirt to accurately time/track your participation. (PLEASE NOTE: MUST BE REGISTERED BY OCTOBER 16TH AT 11:59PM TO RECEIVE T-SHIRTS AND GOODY BAGS. ALL PARTICIPANTS AFTER THIS DATE WILL ONLY RECEIVE AN EVENT BIB AND ACCESS INTO OUR POST-EVENT TENT)
Where and when do I pick up my packet?
For individuals that have registered by October 16th at 11:59pm, which guarantees you an event t-shirt and goody bag, the packet pick-up location, dates and times are listed below.
Location: Sun & Ski 6100 Westheimer Road Houston, TX 77057
ALL packets must be individually picked up during these dates unless prior arrangements have been made by your team captain. However, it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to receive your own packet prior to the event. A photo ID is required for individual packet pick up and you may pick up a packet for someone else as well, provided you have a copy of their photo ID. ***THERE WILL BE NO EVENT DAY PACKET PICKUP!*** For any individuals that register on or after October 17th at 12:00am will pick up your event bib at the registration tent located near the start line area on the day you have chosen to participate.
Can I register the day(s) of the event?
Event day registration will be available at the registration tent near the start line area. Registering on the day of the event will guarantee you an event bib and access into our post-event tent. Event T-Shirts and Goody Bags will not be available on the day of the event.
Is there parking available?
Memorial Park has accessible parking (handicap parking included) all around the park. See Course Map for details. Due to general public traffic on event week, we strongly encourage participants to carpool with a co-worker or use our official ride share partner, UBER, to provide you the convenience of a pickup/dropoff near the start and finish line. Where do we start the race?
Follow the map below to the start line area. 5K starts and ends under an inflatable start and finish line identified on the race map.
Can I check my gear?
There will be no event day gear check. Please securely store your belongings in your vehicle or leave at home.
Are there mile markers?
Mile markers will be at each mile.
Will there be water available?
Water stations will be available at the start line and mid-way thru the run/walk route.
What if I need medical attention?
Special Thanks to our friends at Orion EMS and their sister company Vitality IV for being our 'Official Medical Partner' of the Houston Corporate Run 5K! If anyone needs medical attention during the event, Orion will have an EMS service provided right behind the hospitality tent. If you're on the course and need see a fellow runner in need, contact them directly at (713) 864-7900.
Will there be any participant photos?
Spring Action Photos will be on hand at the finish line to provide high quality photos of your participation in the event. Your photos are now posted and you can search for your photos by your last name or your bib number at www.springactionphotos.com. Watch for discounts that will be offered.
Tips for better race photos: · Wear your bib on the front of your shirt. · Pin all 4 corners of your bib. · Pull your cap/hat away from your face. · If running with a friend/family, run shoulder to shoulder while your photos are shot. · Smile
You mentioned networking...?
After you have completed your 5K, the fun continues! Swing by our "Houston Heroes Post-Race Corporate Hospitality Tent" near the start/finish line for refreshments, including complimentary Saint Arnold's beer for 21+ participants. You'll also be able to network with your corporate peers and interact with our first responders. The post run tent will remain open until 9pm each event day.
Are there any run 'rules'?
Please keep "Rules of the Road" in mind when running. Stay to the right of the walking trail at all times and pass on the left when possible. Memorial Park will remain open during the event hours which means people will be coming from the opposite direction you are running. Please be courteous of other patrons at the park. For competitive participants, please remember this is a 'friendly' competition. Safety first!
Due to insurance restrictions, baby joggers, strollers, animals, skates or other vehicular apparatus are not allowed by participants on the race course. Headphones are not recommended during the race, but not prohibited. Please stay aware and in-tune with your surroundings.
What if I need a refund?
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund. If you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your number to anyone else and entry fees will not be transferred from year to year.
